The service

PeterPlan provides an automated review of a product plan against a fixed rubric. You buy one or more single-use audit codes, submit one plan for each code, and receive an audit report by email.

Not professional advice

PeterPlan's reports are not legal, financial, security, compliance, tax, or other professional advice. They are a structured prompt to identify areas worth considering or checking further. You are responsible for deciding what action to take and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

Your plan and the report

You are responsible for the plan content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to provide it for review. PeterPlan reviews what is written; it does not independently verify statements in the plan or make decisions on your behalf.

Reports identify possible strengths, gaps, and considerations. They are not a guarantee that every issue has been found or that following a recommendation will make a product compliant, secure, viable, or successful.

Payments and audit codes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Each paid audit code can be used once to submit one plan. Keep your code secure: anyone with an unused code may be able to use it for a submission.

Failed generation and refunds

If PeterPlan cannot generate a report, the associated code returns to unused status so you can submit again. In that situation, no audit has been consumed and no manual refund is needed.

Once a report has been generated successfully, the audit is a completed service and is non-refundable, including where you disagree with, are dissatisfied with, or do not act on its findings.

No warranty on completeness

PeterPlan is provided as an automated review tool. We do not warrant that a report is complete, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or that it identifies every relevant risk, requirement, gap, or consideration in a plan.

Our handling of submitted plans, reports, and personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If the service or these terms change, this page will be updated to reflect the current terms.
