For solo founders building with AI, not a technical co-founder
AI will build whatever you tell it to. It won't stop you and ask what happens to a user's data when they cancel, or who else can see it. PeterPlan will — reading your plan the way an experienced technical co-founder would, and telling you what's missing while it's still easy to fix.
One-time payment. Report in 15 minutes. No subscription, no account.
Catch it while it's cheap
A missing data-retention decision costs nothing to add to a plan. The same gap, found after launch, means retrofitting a database schema with real user data already in it.
A forgotten jurisdiction question costs one sentence now. Found later, it means rewriting a disclaimer your users have already been relying on.
Every gap PeterPlan finds comes with a suggested fix. Left until after you've built it, the same gap is a rebuild.
A fixed framework, not a friendly guess
You could paste your plan into a chatbot and ask what you're missing — and it'll tell you something. But it's improvising: agreeable by default, and just as likely to compliment your plan as interrogate it. It'll skip the boring-but-expensive stuff — data retention, abuse cases, which regulations even apply — unless you already know to ask.
PeterPlan doesn't improvise. Every plan gets run through the same fixed framework, every time — the questions an experienced technical co-founder would actually ask, whether or not you thought to ask them yourself.

Real finding from a real test plan — StockTrack, an early-stage portfolio tracker:
⚠️ Gap — Data Model & Classification
Finding: The plan handles financial account data (holdings, cost basis, portfolio values) and will hold billing information for paid users, but contains no data model, no entity list, and no statement of what data is retained, for how long, or how it would be deleted if a user closes their account.
Recommendation: Before development starts, list the core entities (user account, portfolio, holding, transaction/cost-basis record, billing record) and decide, even briefly, what happens to each on account deletion — this is far cheaper to decide now than to retrofit once real user data exists.
Nothing vague. Every finding points at something specific in your plan, explains why it matters, and tells you what to do about it.
